Printer off line; not finding with "off line" search

I don't understand why EN doesn't find Printer off line,  in the Title field, when I type "off line" without quotes

It works for me.

If I wanted to restrict the search to the title, I would use  intitle:"off line"

Doesn't seem to work for me, I'd send a screen shot but the 40kb limit make that impossible!

I can say that searching printer and printer off line finds the note while searching Title: printer off line finds nothing but searching printer and printer off line finds the note.

Another thing I don't understand is why Title: off line finds 14 notes that do not contain the words off line.
