Level 5* JMichaelTX 4,108 Posted July 30, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted July 30, 2015 It could be. You may want to Submit Support Ticket and report it as either a "Bug Report" or "Data Loss", either of which are available to all users, including Free accounts. Link to comment
Level 5 cwb 225 Posted July 30, 2015 Level 5 Share Posted July 30, 2015 You might also want to check to see if anyone else has accessed your account. Log in with your browser, go to settings, and in the security area check Access History:https://www.evernote.com/AccessHistory.action Link to comment
gbarry 2,658
Hi MK--we are looking into this--have you had any success with the steps suggested by the members above? We've also sent some suggestions via ticket. (I've also removed the recipient email address from the content you provided) Link to comment
M.K. 1
I looked at my access history but didn't find any attempt to access my account on the date the failed email notice was sent to me. The other times the account was accessed around that date all looked legitimate. Link to comment
