Issue syncing iPhone and iPad

Both actually sync with the cloud.  Make sure you are using the same user name and password on both devices and make sure that you have a wifi connection if you have sync only on wifi checked.  Those are two things could cause the issue.

Also - check with EN Web to see what has actually synced with your online account - could be the iPad not syncing up,  or the iPhone not syncing down...
