Level 5* JMichaelTX 4,117 Posted May 6, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted May 6, 2015 @EdH: For some unknown reason, Evernote has removed most of the functionality in the Left Side Panel that previously existed.So now, you have to go to the Tags View to perform most operations, including adding/changing tag hierarchy.
