Local Notebook on different harddisk

Hi, 

I wanted to share a local notebook with a friend. 
Therefor, I am looking, if I can force to locate the new local notebook on a different harddisk.

 

Or does .. local notebook .. only mean: ... it will not be synced ? 
(and it is not really different than the other notebooks (except the sync),

Local notebooks are not synced to the EN cloud & so cannot be shared. In the Windows client, all notebooks (local and synced) are in the same SQL database.

Workarounds to get it to your friend.  

1. If your friend uses EN you could export the notebook to an ENEX file and give it to them.  It would never sync obviously.  
2. Or you could make the local notebook a synced notebook if you liked and then share it.  Depending upon the size of the notebook it could effect your monthly upload.
