Syncronization problem

Hi All,

I am downloaded the Evernote on my Laptop and try to sync but constantly error found "Syncronization Failed". Here is log file. Kindly help for resolve this.

1. Is you laptop a PC or Mac?
2. What OS version are you running?
3. What version of EN are you running?

That is my Laptop whre is not sync.

OS : Windows 7 Ultimate

EN version : 5.7.1.5586

Are you receiving a fatal error?  I have not been able to sync for two weeks since downloading 5.7.1.5586 on Windows 7.  I have deleted the database and reinstalled Evernote, but no luck.  Support tells me there is a bug that they are working on, but they have closed my ticket.

Actually what I found that is a bug in EN. I have found that Note name is syncronized but notes are not syncronized and generated error. So when you fresh install EN and check in notebooks there are all notebooks name found in list. But you check in notes there are no notes found and sync failed. When you create new notebooks on Pc, it should be sync and displayed on your mobile and other devices too.

 

Finally, this is a bug and need to be waiting for resolve.

hi Sabugar I am on windows 7 as well -- there is a known problem with windows 7 with synching. I personally have rolled back to Evernote 5.2.0 and its working perfectly for me. I am staying at this version
