Its been 11 days since I heard from them. I resent the email and got an automated response. How do we get support? Is there an alternative available?

Level 5* gazumped 12,214 Posted October 30, 2014 Level 5* Posted October 30, 2014 There's a Report option at the bottom of a post which is 'officially' to flag inappropriate comments and forum disputes and comes up with a health warning - Please note: The moderator will be made aware of the link to the page you are reporting.This form is to be used ONLY for reporting objectionable content and is not to be used as a method of communicating with moderators for other reasons. I add ticket numbers and brief comments so that an Admin can have a look at the thread. I haven't been warned off yet...
