Hi,

 I had a few queries and wrote to support. I received a ticket number via the automated system (Ticket# 773990). Its been 11 days since I heard from them. I resent the email and got an automated response. How do we get support? Is there an alternative available?

I am not sure if they will answer tickets from Free members, though I think they still allow you to generate them. If you are a Premium member, you could try chat.

How does the 300 post club "flag" a post for admin review, or is that a legacy privilege from the Evangelist days?

There's a Report option at the bottom of a post which is 'officially' to flag inappropriate comments and forum disputes and comes up with a health warning -

 

Please note: The moderator will be made aware of the link to the page you are reporting.
This form is to be used ONLY for reporting objectionable content and is not to be used as a method of communicating with moderators for other reasons.

 

I add ticket numbers and brief comments so that an Admin can have a look at the thread.  I haven't been warned off yet...

Thanks.  I was thinking that was how it was done but wasn't sure.
