Ken Cunningham 0
First, to bad I can not find a phone number to call and talk to a live person! They probably could get me to sign up for premium if I had someone to talk to about my problems and my options. Second I am not syncing with my tablet for some reason since 08/11/14, yet am still syncing with my Android Phone? It seems to be just one class of notes? How do I fix? Link to comment
Level 5* s2sailor 1,540 Posted September 9, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted September 9, 2014 Ken, I think we will need a little more information to lend you a hand. You say that your Android phone is syncing but your tablet is not. Are you confirming your phone in syncing by checking that the notes are appearing on the web or are you also using a desktop client and confirming that your notes are appearing there? Here are a couple of sources to start with: http://blog.evernote.com/blog/2013/11/01/whats-sync-anyway/https://evernote.com/evernote/guide/android/ Link to comment

It costs a lot of money to have a call center, if they did have one you probably wouldn't want to sign up for premium due to what they would have to charge. Link to comment

You can submit a support request, but most likely you'd not get a response, as premium customers get first crack at the CS resources. s2sailor's suggestions may get you on the right track....
