megsaint 441
Yes, this is an appropriate place to submit a suggestion. I don't have access to the Windows version at the moment but on the Mac version, there is a Save option under the File menu, short cut cmd-S. Is there not a similar command in the Windows version? Level 5* gazumped 12,040 Posted February 14, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted February 14, 2014 Nope, no SAVE button, just a mysterious 'tick' mark that fades in and out with a blue circling 'in progress' and a brief faint blue 'saved' to confirm something happened. It could be a little more definitive... Link to comment
spg SCOTT 736
Notes are autosaved after (by default) 30ms of inactivity I believe. You can also use Ctrl + S if you feel the need, as it does save. I know that I find myself doing hitting that combination out of habit. Link to comment
BurgersNFries 2,407
Yes, as Scott said, CTRL-S saves the note to the database on the computer, in the Windows client. But please note that SAVING a note to your local database on your computer is not the same as SYNCING a note to the EN servers. Link to comment
