DavidD 13 Posted January 31, 2014 Share Posted January 31, 2014 I can't login to EN on my laptop. I reset the password and can log in online with no problem but using the same login details I can't access EN on the laptop. What am I doing wrong or missing here? Link to comment

On the laptop (which is not my primary desktop computer where EN runs) I clicked Forgot Password and then reset it ie got email from EN, clicked link etc. Then with my new PW I logged into the web application but still can't log into the app on my laptop. I'm away from home right now so don't have access to my primary desktop. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,899 Posted February 1, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted February 1, 2014 Go to the web version at Evernote.com and log in - check your My Account page to confirm the password and maybe change it back to the old version temporarily? I'd suggest a support ticket too (see below), though the guys don't work weekends. Link to comment
