Level 5* gazumped 11,666 Posted January 3, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted January 3, 2014 Thanks for the link - I'm not qualified to comment on the detail, but it might help in normal circumstances that notes are only downloaded to a phone when they're viewed or edited. For space reasons I already limit the notes which are stored locally for offline searches - seems like that's good security too. Apart from offline search notes it seems like a good idea to sync recent additions regularly and clear Evernote's caches (which hold unsynced and temporarily downloaded notes). Evernote has already said (I believe) that future development will be in ios7 only. As ever with personal security it's pretty much up to the individual do decide whether the risk of unfriendly attention to personal data means not committing it to easily portable devices...
