Level 5* gazumped 12,034 Posted January 1, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted January 1, 2014 Hi - try both and see what happens.. one gets you a note with a PDF file and the other with a JPG. If you want to be able to password-protect some documents, PDF will do that; if you're scanning mainly pictures then JPG is clearly best. Depending on what you scan and where you plan to view it (browser / desktop / tablet / phone) there may be some advantages in one format over the other. Link to comment
