I would love to switch over to Evernote but I have so many existing notes in the Apple App that its a bit daunting. Link to comment

This is because Apple provides no way to import or export notes. Is strongly recommend you escape from Notes into something else (anything else). The only way out is to copy/paste one note at a time Link to comment
