Don't know of any special problems for 64-bit installations - would you consider backing up your current database and deleting/ reinstalling the latest package? If so, search around here for the detailed instructions - there are a couple of points to be careful of.. Meantime you could open a support ticket - see link below. The guys work weekdays / PST time so you'll only get an acknowledgement for a couple of days.. Link to comment
