(Archived) Examples of good looking notes in Evernote?

hi all, I've been a daily Evernote user for a couple years now and one of my bigger nitpicks is that I can't seem to make nice looking notes easier. For some of my notes it would be helpful to have a pleasing layout/structure to sort through, like a wiki format or more control over layout and tables. I've seen hacks that say make things in word or excel and copy/paste but that seems like a hack to me.

so that leads to a few questions:

• Are there any examples of nice looking Evernote notes I can use as a template?
  
• Does Evernote have any templates from any 3rd party sources?
  
• Are there any 3rd party plugins that help with more wiki like editing or pretty formatting?

thanks Mike, looks like I have to use it outside of evernote itself, through their web UI? is that correct, any 3rd part apps that work within the Evernote app themselves?
