(Archived) Leave Assign Tags window open

I open a note Cntrl-Enter, then use Control-Alt-T to open the assign tags window.

Often I find I want to go and check something in Tags, but I can do nothing but close the assign tags window.

It would be much, much more useful if I could just go and investigate .. whatever .. and then when I go to assign a tag, the window to bring itself forward.
