Please use getSatisfaction instead of this old fashioned forum. It's so nice. People can categorize their idea/problem/praise/question and ...

It also help customer to follow their topic more carefully.

We're changing forum software soon, but not to Get Satisfaction. Get Satisfaction does not have the robust features we need as a company to focus our community needs.

However, our new forum will be more user-friendly.

I second that - for some reason, for whatever project I've ever followed, "Get Satisfaction" seems to be an enormous spam and idiot magnet.

Don't know why, it just is.
