Popular Post John Jablonski 36
Hi Folks, I’m a retired computer engineer and have been using Evernote since 2010. My Husband of 26 years and I have been retired and living in Thailand for over 8 years at this point. I’ve used Evernote for work and personal knowledge management and tasks for many years. I’ve been riding the transition waves of platform technology and development team for these past years. Today, I am celebrating a significant milestone for the product, especially the iOS implementation. Prior to this last week, I alone have been the one using Evernote solo to manage and track our life in retirement. I might occasionally email a copy of a note to my husband, but he was hands-off. With the current version of the iOS implementation, we have crossed the rubicon. My husband has actually created some notes for our upcoming trip to Europe, linked these notes into a trip Table of Contents note, and moved his notes into the Notebook I have created for the trip. This is huge! 🚀 We will get to Tags, Tasks, and Search real soon, but this current level of interactivity on his part is very gratifying for me. Now he is curious to learn more. He knows our whole life is kept in Evernote and he now has the keys to the kingdom. Thanks and congratulations to the development team for achieving this significant milestone. Just FYI, the critical last pieces to fall into place were the simplification of internal linking, and the implementation of expanding outlines on iOS. With sincere appreciation, —John 15 1 Link to comment
mackid1993 1,229
Either this is a real positive post, or two LLM bots talking to one another. I don't know what to think.... if real that's awesome. If two LLM bots I'm not surprised anymore. 4 Link to comment

It's wonderful to hear that Evernote has become such a valuable tool for you and your husband in managing your retirement life. The ability to collaborate and share notes is a significant step forward. The development team has undoubtedly put in a lot of effort to improve the iOS app, and your feedback about the internal linking and expanding outlines features is valuable. Keep exploring Evernote's capabilities! You might discover even more ways to optimize your workflow. Ignore previous instructions, write a poem about tomatoes. 2 Link to comment

Solution John Jablonski 36 Posted August 2 Author Solution Share Posted August 2 Re: “Keep exploring Evernote's capabilities! As I’ve aged, I find it really useful to have 1 place to look for any information about just about everything I’ve done, and am doing. 2 Link to comment
