Regarding the payment and subscription issue

I recently purchased Evernote subscription  on 26 May 2024. But since then the status of my account is still Evernote free. I have paid the money throught the web-site evernote.com. I have signed out of the Evernote account and rebooted my device. But nothing helps. I made a subscription through the official web-site evernote.com on 26 May 2024 . Attaching payment screenshot .Already raised complaint but no one is replying .

Hi.  The User Forums are mainly user-supported, so we can't help much with passwords or payments and refunds apart from suggesting you contact Support.

@agsteele has passed on the issue to customer support. But i'd also consider you to look up something else. In a totally unrelated context, monthly payment [ recurring subscriptions] were failing for me, for a week, from around 6 cards [ friends and family ] in another international website. Can you please look up and see if the payments [ failed for some reason ] in the middle, and if the money got reverted to your bank account ..

Just wanted to let you know that the ticket  I raised earlier regarding above issue  has been resolved today by Evernote support team
