Web client loading issues

Hi I am on Google chrome and I tried loading the web client.  It did not work.  I tried the various techniques prescribed here in related threads on this forum including - clearing cache, cookies, trying incognito.  But in all cases, it allows me to login but comes with an animated logo sign as it is loading.  See attached image.   And then after 15 minutes, it is still loading.  Does anyone have a new method to circumvent this issue?

Try a personal hotspot (phone)- if it connects there, something on your network blocks the connection.

Stop your AdBlocker. Review your Firewall.

You could try deleting all the cookie and other data for the site. Click on the icon to the left of the web address in Chrome.
