I submitted an issue to feedback@Evernote.com, and I got a real nice personalized response from either Bill or Frank, oh maybe it was just a boiler plate lol...

Anyways, on the screenshot that I marked up and attached, it mentions additional support options (besides this forum I'm assuming). Does anybody know what the heck that would be?

Yep - had one of those myself yesterday... If you click that link,  there's a far more ordered version of the Support page you normally get and your login details are automatically included.  I'm hoping it's a new Support process that will help them get out of the mire,  but clearly they aren't there yet...  :huh:
