FredJ 62 Posted May 16 Share Posted May 16 I submitted an issue to feedback@Evernote.com, and I got a real nice personalized response from either Bill or Frank, oh maybe it was just a boiler plate lol... Anyways, on the screenshot that I marked up and attached, it mentions additional support options (besides this forum I'm assuming). Does anybody know what the heck that would be? Link to comment

If you click that link, there's a far more ordered version of the Support page you normally get and your login details are automatically included. I'm hoping it's a new Support process that will help them get out of the mire, but clearly they aren't there yet... 1 Link to comment
