Evernote Support/Help Has Build In A Looping Function?

Recommended Posts

Evernote Team. I need support for a problem with the notifications. Unfortunately, the Evernote support and help website sends me into a loop in various browsers. It is impossible to send a request. Same happens in Instagramm, no help. What can I do to get my question about (paid) Evernote answered?

Hi.  We're mainly other users here - Support is a little busy;  you're welcome to ask your question here,  or have a look around the help site

Thanks gazumped! Yes, I have seen that. I only want to quit the adds comming in from Evernote, generated by Evernote Marketing. But I do need notifications from my own notes.

Does this link send you in a loop?

Yes. I go to login, then I introduce my credentials, then 2-factor auth, then I get to my notes (Evernote Web), klick on "Help", aigain login, then I introduce my credentials, then 2-factor auth, then I get again to my notes (Evernote Web). Evernote does not want me to ask question, probably, which is a real problem for me.

Hmmn.  I doubt receiving the Marketing ads is optional - if you feel they're too frequent then you could (theoretically) complain to CS,  but you're unlikely to see any reduction in the number.  It's odd that you have such a problem in getting through to the Support team though.   Evernote's Product Lead is rather active on 'X' if you want to message him there... https://x.com/fedesimio

I wish I could reproduce so I could try and help.

I just signed out and then back in again to see where things could go wrong.  The only thing I can see is that no-one mentioned the Captcha marathon yet (I needed to make about 6 choices to be approved as human...) if people aren't seeing that at all,  maybe pop-up blockers are the issue.

It also redirects to zendesk for a brief moment, it could be a DNS issue. Or a pop up blocker or adblocker. Even a session cookie.
