My Evernote account has been downgraded to Evernote Free even though my subscription is valid until 11/06/2024.

My Evernote account has been downgraded to Free even though my subscription is valid until 11/06/2024.

The billing section of my EN account does not show any payments. But I subscribed to EN multiple times in the past. The receipt of those payments is not reflected either.

Last time, I upgraded to Evernote on 11/07/2023. My Invoice No. is INV16709345. It is a yearly subscription. So, my Subscription tenure is valid till 11/06/2024. The Subscription End Date is clearly mentioned in my billing receipt.

I am enclosing my current billing receipt.

I found a screenshot from the previous EN support email showing all my payments on the EN dashboard. I have enclosed it for your reference.

I kindly request EN Support to upgrade my account for my paid subscription period.

Please, anybody, help me 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
