Constant crashes on my Zfold3

Evernote constantly crashes when opening from the short cut menu on my zfold3. Updates have not help. Soon as you tap  a note to open, instant crash.  I have reach out to support to no avail.

If you contacted Support please be patient - they will get back to you;  make sure you reply to any 'have you tried...?' suggestions they send.  You might want to contact your phone supplier too - do other zphone users have the same issue?

Just worth noting that folding phones in general, and Samsung folders in particular, have not been good partners with the Evernote mobile apps.

I suspect that the specific firmware and hardware settings for the folding devices haven't standardised enough to make them predictable for the software developers. But that's my personal guess. 

But I wouldn't be hopeful of a speedy solution. When folding phones become the norm then perhaps the apps will catch up. 😕
