Razmataz 229
Hi, For months, I have been using EN an a W-11 laptop that never had legacy installed. So migration on March 26 was easy, no issues. On this laptop I never head serious problems with speed, the database was from the get-go in the new format. But today it started to give me 10-30 seconds response times for a simple search. Opening a note can take so long that Windows "offers" to restart the app (EN) or wait. Restarting doesn't help, waiting does (20-30 seconds). Is there anything I can do or is it just the "system"? Thanks. (I am on V10.82.2). PS: Just checked: EN is using 2,5GB memory. in words two-and-a-half gigabyte. Link to comment

Razmataz 229
I have now. It became better, thanks. But: There is one note, with two attachments, PDF and Excel, total size: 3MB. If I bring that up, it adds almost about 700MB to the memory footprint. After the restart it was 1GB, I am approaching 2GB again. That seems to be a veritable memory leak. 1 Link to comment
Razmataz 229
Well, well. The web access is very slow, too. And I do have a 500Mbits fiber. This is what I get Does anyone else see this problem? Link to comment
mackid1993 1,309
Someone else had this issue and it ended up being their ISP. They were using Comcast and it seemed to have something to do with a false positive in Comcast Advanced Security. If you try to access over a VPN such as Proton VPN does the issue go away? Moreover if you connect to a different network such as a mobile hotspot or free wifi somewhere does the issue also go away? If so you would need to contact your ISP. 1 Link to comment
