Razmataz 218
What a glorious day. Since if was suggested here in the forum to use https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new for feedback / bug reports / suggestions etc. I tried it and entered a new one. It turns out, one can see a list of all (recent) entries. My jaw dropped: all of my requests of recent times have been marked as "solved". Amazing. The only slight trouble is: none of them is solved in reality. This is an amazingly effective trouble ticket system. Happy days are a'coming! 1 3 Link to comment

What we don't know is if this is then logged and prioritized in a different system for development activity. I doubt it was dropped. It would be nice to have some visibility into that queue. janndk 496
This is unfortunately a very normal practice for Evernote / Bending Spoons. Tickets get an auto-answer, and then get closed. I don't think anybody (any human) reads them. 3 Link to comment
