Gargantuan waste of monitor real estate - please fix your CSS margins

Your editor is wasting 48 pixels on the left, and a massive 80 pixels on the right of all my notes, which is extremely irritating.

Please fix your CSS rules (I noticed you've set a crazy margin of 40px in the editor - that should be zero - since it's already nested inside other elements with their own margins)

You are right - some space definitions should be reworked (tables, cells, below and above life links, within note lists, <many others>, ...) - but not by EN! We want to get a possiblity to define our own rules 😉 

PS.: the 48 pixels on the left are to be used by navigation icons of collapsable bullet lists or chapters with headlines...
