Hi!  Our business has been using EverNote for almost 10 years to store documents.  We have codes in the titles of each note to help us quickly locate notes.  Suddenly this week that search function doesn't work for *any* of my team.  Some employees have run the most recent update, but many have not.  This absolutely *kills* the point of EverNote for us.  We are spending so much time searching for documents that literally used to pop up with a 3-4 character search.

What is going on!?!?  To say I'm frustrated is an understatement.  Does anyone have a suggestion or solution?  Is there any way to talk to anyone at EverNote for support?  I tried the 'Contract Us' on the website, but of course they block you into specific drop down menus which don't apply.

Hello! Just FYI that you've posted in the iOS forum, but I suspect you probably mean Desktop? Which exact version of the app are you using and on what platform? And when you say Search doesn't work, are you talking about the Search from the side bar or are you talking about the "Switch To" command (which is known to be broken in 10.80.2 on both MacOS and Windows -- see https://discussion.evernote.com/forums/topic/150972-switch-to-doesnt-work-after-upgrade-to-10802 for one recent example).

Hi!   That shows how tech savvy I am!  Yes, I'm using the desktop version on my Mac.  Version 10.57.5   I'm referring to the search box in the sidebar.  I know I'm running an older version, but everyone on my team is having issues, no matter what version they are using.

Version 10.57.5 is about a year old and I'd guess that may be the reason it's not working. Is it working for the employees that have have upgraded to a later version? If so, I suspect that is the only answer. (If not, I think a ticket to Evernote Support would be the way to go.) I'd wager even Evernote support will tell you to upgrade to the latest version.

How do I submit a ticket to EverNote?  I would love to do that but couldn't find it on their website.

Like I said before, *everyone* on my team is having issues, regardless of the version they are using.  I know at least one is using the most recent version but is dealing with the same problem.
