I reset password and it allows me to rest and access my data. I sign out and it will not let me sign in again but makes me reset my password. App version is 10.77.3. HELP PLEASE Link to comment

Level 5* gazumped 12,077 Posted February 28 Level 5* Share Posted February 28 Just to give some credit - it was Support that suggested VPN was my issue, and mentioned that some VPNs - I use NordVPN - support "split tunnelling"; selected apps can be permanently excluded from the VPN connection. 1 Link to comment
Pissedoff24 1 Posted February 28 Share Posted February 28 This was exactly my problem on my Android Phone - even though the VPN was on my Chromebook for both the webapp and downloaded app it worked fine but NOT on my phone - once I saw the note above about VPN - paused it all worked again - and that protip above about split tunnel - thats the way! (while your there on VPN split tunnel go move those other apps in there that will create brain damage at later date) 1 Link to comment
