Subscription not reflecting on my account

This has been a hastle and the support is not answering the emails i've been sending to them.

I already have a yearly subscription that for some reason stopped working, and all my tasks are connected to evernote.

 

This is a critical issue that i need to solve but the customer support are taking their time into fixing it.

I've signed out and in again, made sure the email is the one billed, and still nothing.

I would appreciate if someone faced and solved the issue to help me here.

Yup - Support are the ones to fix it.  Do you have a ticket number?  I can try to flag the reference for a Forum Admin to look at,  but I don't know whether that will speed things up...
