8ymahar 3
My subscription has renewed and I didn't want it to, so I need a refund because I don't use evernote anymore. I'm finding it impossible to find any way of contacting Evernote either with a phone number or email address. Can someone tell me how I can get an actual email address to contact them about subscription issues? Thanks Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,158 Posted February 16 Level 5 Share Posted February 16 You should have canceled when there was time to do so. If you subscribe a newspaper and don’t read it, why should they send you a refund ? But that’s my opinion, as another user. DalePlatt 0
PinkElephant, the link you posted needs to be fixed... My situation is that I had decided against my better judgment to subscribe and have changed my mind... However, before I could figure out how to do that Evernote says I'm not subscribed... They have already charged me the previous month's fee, so this makes no sense... Beginning to feel like I've been scammed by this operation... How does one contact them when they say you're a free user and not allowed to email them because of that? In the meantime, I'll be looking for the next months charge to hit my Bank and place a Stop Payment on it... Link to comment
DalePlatt 0
I searched this in Community "How can I cancel a subscription" and guess what? The only thread that was posted was this one! How in the Heck can this be the only thread about canceling a subscription? Do they routinely come through and wipe them to sow confusion? This only serves to make this operation feel even more like a scam... Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,158 Posted February 17 Level 5 Share Posted February 17 You could have started in the EN help database https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005949208-Cancel-your-Evernote-Personal-subscription As described in the help article, cancellation depends on where you subscribed. DalePlatt 0
TY, this was helpful... While doing my research on this I found out Evernote for some reason cancelled this themselves last month... They charged me for my first month and then did not charge me for the 2nd month... There was no failure of payment processing, except maybe on their end... I would have been notified if there was... So as long as they do not try to charge me again then this has become a moot point... Ty for your assistance... Link to comment
