TY, this was helpful... While doing my research on this I found out Evernote for some reason cancelled this themselves last month... They charged me for my first month and then did not charge me for the 2nd month... There was no failure of payment processing, except maybe on their end... I would have been notified if there was... So as long as they do not try to charge me again then this has become a moot point... Ty for your assistance...

I searched this in Community "How can I cancel a subscription" and guess what? The only thread that was posted was this one! How in the Heck can this be the only thread about canceling a subscription? Do they routinely come through and wipe them to sow confusion? This only serves to make this operation feel even more like a scam...

PinkElephant, the link you posted needs to be fixed... My situation is that I had decided against my better judgment to subscribe and have changed my mind... However, before I could figure out how to do that Evernote says I'm not subscribed... They have already charged me the previous month's fee, so this makes no sense... Beginning to feel like I've been scammed by this operation... How does one contact them when they say you're a free user and not allowed to email them because of that? In the meantime, I'll be looking for the next months charge to hit my Bank and place a Stop Payment on it...

As a heads up thing, I tried the restart my PC trick and it worked... Yay! Then later on I reopened Evernote to do something or check something and guess what? It went back to doing the same thing as before... I saw a thread about a Legacy version I might look into... I looked at other Apps/Programs but none of them said anything about allowing me to import anything from Evernote and I really don't want to redo all the work...

Mine works fine on my Android phone still but having the same issue on my Desktop as everyone else here... Very annoying... Was absolutely no issue before the last update...
