Closing tickets with no engagement?

I feel like I’ve entered some kind of clown space. I haven’t been able to use my templates on my desktop, which I rely on, and when I submit a ticket, this is the answer I get.

This can’t be serious.

Are others experiencing this? You open tickets, only to be told (with no engagement), “sorry, you’re out of luck, bye.” What the actual…

I tried all the obvious solutions and scanned the forums, to no avail, which is why I opened a ticket in the first place.

i opened a new ticket and this time they followed up right away with requests for more info (which is what I expected the first time).

All fingers crossed
