  1. Anyone else having this issue with login today on the desktop version (mac)? I am told "Client not supported, please upgrade." I have a paid personal account, and it's working just fine on iOS. I also tried the option for logging in via gmail, that didn't work either. I'm dumbfounded.
  2. I tried all the obvious solutions and scanned the forums, to no avail, which is why I opened a ticket in the first place. i opened a new ticket and this time they followed up right away with requests for more info (which is what I expected the first time). All fingers crossed
  3. I am tickled by the notion that google would discontinue google docs. I primarily rely on hyperlinks, and I would be shocked to see them discontinuing that feature. The instability and constant breakage at Evernote is egregious, and I’ve been burned so badly, I need to prioritize stability. In any case, I am here for tips on how to migrate, not debate Evernote stans
  4. I’m transferring to google docs. I’m tired in investing in apps that break, I’m looking for stability and predictability. Being with Evernote over the last decade (more actually) has been an ever-deteriorating experience. the transfer is slow and painful because the internal hyperlinks don’t transfer. They won’t even indicate with color that it’s supposed to be a hyperlink in the new doc. I’ve got to painstakingly go thru and fix things. Anyone else migrating to google docs and finding workarounds to this?
  5. On iOS and Mac desktop, the links will work for a while, and then they stop. It is beyond annoying.
  6. I feel like I’ve entered some kind of clown space. I haven’t been able to use my templates on my desktop, which I rely on, and when I submit a ticket, this is the answer I get. This can’t be serious. Are others experiencing this? You open tickets, only to be told (with no engagement), “sorry, you’re out of luck, bye.” What the actual…
  7. The templates are still accessible via the iOS version, but the desktop for mac has had this issues persist for years, apparently. And the workarounds no longer work. Is there any plan to fix these bugs?
  8. The workaround is not working for me, and the "save as template" persists in its grayout dysfunction. How is it possible that we're discussing this same bug almost TOW YEARS later? Does anybody work at Evernote? Why do they allow function to break down so badly, with no fixes? I need to get off this app, this is absurd.
  9. One thing I can add to this discussion: I too get conflicts while working on the SAME device (latest iPhone, updated version of Evernote) from one day to the next. Interesting thing, when I look at my log for other devices (within the app), it shows recent “activity” for devices that I know for a fact have been off or sleeping for days. Are these delayed “syncs” coming down thru the server, and are these old versions creating the conflicts? Who knows, but all this is very frustrating. I’m no programmer, but this seems like an incredibly elemental glitch to have persist for so long. Other note apps don’t seem to have this issue
  10. Just here to echo the frustrations (I am a long-time user who is now sadly used to long-standing issues with note conflicts) AND to say: I know for an absolute fact that many of my note conflicts are generated while working on the same device. This is NOT just a cross-device syncing issue.
