I haven’t been able to use my templates on my desktop, which I rely on, and when I submit a ticket, this is the answer I get. This can’t be serious. Are others experiencing this? You open tickets, only to be told (with no engagement), “sorry, you’re out of luck, bye.” What the actual… Link to comment

ElleEmm 1 Posted February 15 Author Share Posted February 15 I tried all the obvious solutions and scanned the forums, to no avail, which is why I opened a ticket in the first place. i opened a new ticket and this time they followed up right away with requests for more info (which is what I expected the first time).
