Urscam 0 Posted February 14 Share Posted February 14 Is anyone sailing the ship? I have emailed, submitted multiple tickets, and used Direct Messages on Twitter and Instagram. I have received one pre-generated response saying to include all details but no response. (Which I have responded to three times.) My bill doubled and I have no idea why. I am waiting weeks for a response. Does anyone have a way to reach a human? I have been a customer since 2015 how is this even happening? The next step is to contact my credit card company. If it's about a refund, do what you want. My subscription is handled through iTunes, so in doubt I would talk about things with Apple support, as far as payments are concerned. Link to comment

It looks like other customers have complained that the doubling of the price was not sent to them through email or the app. Also, it looks like your customer service can't impede the ability to cancel your subscription. This is a user to user form. 99.9% of us DO NOT work for Evernote/Bending Spoons. There are some employees here that monitor but that interaction is low and it's not the forums main purpose. We don't have access to employee channels. The pricing changes were announced end of last year and went out via all social media channels, email, et cetera. There is a good chance that communications went to a spam folder or your email provider never delivered them. (I have had that happen with multiple companies). Support channels are being restructured so response times are slow. Link to comment

When I went to cancel they were willing to give 40% off. It is a scam. Something is not right. I was told 3 different prices for the same service within an hour on Evrnote's website. I have been using Evernote since 2015. That is not how you do business. Link to comment

Go to the Contact Us page. from there I had to click on a few tabs before I was able to submit a form. The pre-generated email came from evernote.com. I replied three times to the pre-generated email asking me to reply and have not heard back. I am so disappointed in Evernote. I have always been a big fan and recommended them to so many people.
