  1. You have to be logged into your Evernote account. Go to the Contact Us page. from there I had to click on a few tabs before I was able to submit a form. The pre-generated email came from evernote.com. I replied three times to the pre-generated email asking me to reply and have not heard back. I am so disappointed in Evernote. I have always been a big fan and recommended them to so many people.
  2. I went through my emails and junk folders. If you go online now it is 110.00 for my plan. When I went to cancel they were willing to give 40% off. It is a scam. Something is not right. I was told 3 different prices for the same service within an hour on Evrnote's website. I have been using Evernote since 2015. That is not how you do business.
  3. I am filing multiple complaints with AG in California and NY. It looks like other customers have complained that the doubling of the price was not sent to them through email or the app. Also, it looks like your customer service can't impede the ability to cancel your subscription.
  4. Did anyone get an email about the price hike? I did not. Paying 146.00 for one single user is crazy. I have been a user since 2015. Can't get in touch with anyone at Evernote.
  5. Is anyone sailing the ship? I have emailed, submitted multiple tickets, and used Direct Messages on Twitter and Instagram. I have received one pre-generated response saying to include all details but no response. (Which I have responded to three times.) My bill doubled and I have no idea why. I am waiting weeks for a response. Does anyone have a way to reach a human? I have been a customer since 2015 how is this even happening? The next step is to contact my credit card company.
