Is anyone sailing the ship? I have emailed, submitted multiple tickets, and used Direct Messages on Twitter and Instagram. I have received one pre-generated response saying to include all details but no response. (Which I have responded to three times.) My bill doubled and I have no idea why. I am waiting weeks for a response. Does anyone have a way to reach a human? I have been a customer since 2015 how is this even happening?
