Arch_Mani 1
I'm a subscriber from India. My subscription has expired recently, and I was trying to make a payment to extend my yearly subscription. But for the past 10 days, I've been getting an error message on the payment page, and I am attaching a screenshot of the same. This error does not appear if I try to pay for a monthly subscription. Is anyone facing similar issues in India? Can the Evernote support team help? I couldn't reach them via any channel as my subscription has expired. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,077 Posted February 14 Level 5* Share Posted February 14 Hi. Have you tried to subscribe through the mobile app? To contact support Use https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true - and the issue type "Account" - there will be a delay in responses... Link to comment
Arch_Mani 1
This is probably due to the recent payment-related changes in this region, and the same issue appears everywhere. I've tried the link & thanks for the suggestion. Still waiting for someone to fix/respond from Evernote. 1 Link to comment
Anuraag Chandra 0
I have the same problem from 4 months and despite raising multiple support tickets, they aren't doing anything useful. They are asking to pay through Play Store but that way we don't get the discount offers. Don't know why they aren't fixing the payment issue. Link to comment
