Unexplained Dot Next to Evernote Web Clipper Safari Extension

There is a blue dot over the Evernote Web Clipper Ext Icon. I'm logged in and able to clip. 

 

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it's still showing.

Hi. If you hover over the icon you should get a message "Clipper has access" - I have the same blue dot and I assume it goes away or changes colour if there's an issue.
