Unexplained Dot Next to Evernote Web Clipper Safari Extension

macOS Sonoma 14.2.1 Safari Verizon 17.2.1 919617.1.17.11.12) Evernote Web Clipper Verison 7.34.0 There is a blue dot over the Evernote Web Clipper Ext Icon. I'm logged in and able to clip. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it's still showing.
