Photos not populating

Hello! 

As of 1/19/2024 - We have not been able to see any file type of photos on our notes. this includes new ones we have just made and years' past notes. You can view them only if you view the note through the Evernote App on desktop. Every other kind of accessible way to view an Evernote - You cannot view photos. Is there a crash in Evernote's servers?

Also, on the Evernote Website, all the photos are corrupted "ailed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" with this error message associated with each photo.

Hi.  How big are the files?  Each one has to be downloaded over your mobile service,  so may take some time to appear.  The error also suggests a connection timeout.  You could save 1080p wide x 96dpi images in Evernote and high-definition images separately in photography-friendly software if necessary.  Evernote is not the best place for a phot gallery.

Other users report this as resolved after contacting support. Try closing browsers, reopen  and try accessing afresh. Otherwise contact support.
