CC64 0
Hi, i'm tempted by the current 50% special but wondering if it's only for new customers or if you can extend a subscription for less money? TIA CC64 Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,076 Posted January 22 Level 5* Share Posted January 22 New subscribers only - sorry. You could try downgrading your account to Free. Go to https://www.evernote.com/BillyBillingProfile.action (it's the 'Billing' page of your online account) and check out the very bottom of the page, just above "Terms of Service". 'Cancel your Evernote subscription' is there - choosing it will downgrade you to Free. You may see some offers along the way... Link to comment
CC64 0
Thanks! If you downgrade to free do you lose your notes? Best! Link to comment
Evernote Expert Solution agsteele 3,061 Posted January 22 Evernote Expert Solution Share Posted January 22 No. But you are subject to the Free limits. If your account has note then 50 notes or more than one notebook then you can read, export, delete and edit notes but nothing more. You would be strongly advised to move all your notes into a single Notebook before dropping to Free. Link to comment
