To be honest, I don't know if there are any limits on the individual personal account as a Free subscription or if it is a free Personal subscription. In any case you can share notes or notebooks from the Teams account with the free personal account. The content is then available to work with in the individual as well as the Teams account. To share a note, select the Share button in the editor view. For the notebook go via the three dots menu in the notebook view. Link to comment
