Hi All, New to the forum

Over the last few months have not been able to creat a note as a Business Card using the camera on my samsung A52

Has worked great inthe past but apears to stop working recenetly.

Phone is using the latest F/W and the Evernote aplication is 10.65.2

Hi, and welcome to the forums. We're other users here, so we may not be able to help with every issue. I don't do this often, but I just tested and here's how the process went (on a Samsung S22 Ultra): In Evernote, I tapped the green + to create a new note, then tapped camera; when the camera opened I tapped Auto (instead of Photo); it found the data and took a pic; I tapped the pic preview and selected Saving as Business Card. And I got the same error as you!

So there's definitely something going on. As I said, this isn't something I generally do, but if it's something you need often, you should probably open a support ticket, using the support option in the Settings of the Android app. You'll get a boilerplate response telling you to do obvious things like make sure you've got the latest Evernote app, uninstall and reinstall, etc. If none of that works, let them know, and then wait. They have been grotesquely backed up for months, and it could be a couple of weeks before you hear anything further.
