rockonbanana 0
Hi Evernote community, As the title reads, I have the free version and using about half of the allotted quota for the free version but I cannot create any new notes. It's been this way since Evernote became a paid subscription service. My trash is 0 and signing out and back in doesnt help either. It's the same issue on the computer and Android. Anyone experienced the same issue and got it resolved? Thanks. Link to comment

Level 5 Dave-in-Decatur 4,006 Posted January 8 Level 5 Share Posted January 8 Similar things have been reported a number of times, and I don't know whether solutions have been found, esp. in a case like yours where all the restrictions are being met. Unfortunately, you'll probably have to raise a support ticket, which could take a couple of weeks to resolve: https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action. One suggestion: you could try creating a new free account (you'd need to use a different email address), export your notes from the current, nonfunctional one as an .enex file, and then import them to the new one. I don't know if that would work, but it might be worth a try. 1 1 Link to comment
