While Evernote shocked me with 50 notes and one notebook for free plan, now it’s more trouble to force me to upgrade as I have more notebooks 

I can’t see any notes or notebooks in my login This is very bad that even those 50 notes are not shown

it’s time to switch to other free apps

@Sunnyg78, Evernote has stated that they are not deleting notes or notebooks of free users.  Here is their announcement:

If I understand your issue correctly, I suggest you try logging in again being very careful to type in the correct information for your account.  The most common cause of the issue that I understand you are reporting, is making an error when logging in and accidentally setting up a new, empty account.
