As vezes sim, as vezes nao.. so o faz se eu entrar junto no app do celular. Good morning, when I add a note in the mobile app, it doesn't sync with the Notebook app. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't... it only does so if I also open the mobile app at the same time. Level 5 Solution PinkElephant 8,838 Posted November 18, 2023 Level 5 Solution Share Posted November 18, 2023 From what I read I can't tell - but are you sure the note has synced from your mobile device at all ? Look at your notes list on mobile. All notes that carry a green triangle in the top right corner of the note entry still NEED to sync. This is not the symbol of an ongoing sync - it is the symbol that the sync has not yet happened. You can try to force a sync bei either pulling down the notes list a little, and let go, or by the "Sync now" option in app settings, synchronization. When it has reached the server, it will sync to the PC client once you open it up. Link to comment
