No longer functioning.

Hi, 

I have been using Evernote on my desktop for the past 6 years. Yesterday I found that my account reverted back to the set of notes I had on in December 2020. All my notes from that date until today are all gone! I created some new notes today and those were erased after I logged out and logged back in. 

 

Can you help me figure this out? Why am not able to access any of my notes from the past 2 years?

I think you may need to give us a bit more help. My guess is that you don't have an Evernote Teams account. But it would help for you to tell us if you have a Free account or which subscription level you are on.  Also, which device and operating system together with details of which version of the Evernote app you are using.

Am I correct in understanding that you have not had access to your notes for two months?
