xuv224 3 Posted October 25, 2023 Posted October 25, 2023 Until 3 days ago, many notes came with the "we found more than one version of your note" issue. That was annoying, but that has stopped and replaced with a much more severe problem. Any editing in a note (whether adding text or deleting text) is not saved. On the home screen the timestamp of the last update is often more than 15 minutes behind the actual last edit time. Tried on cell data, many Wi-Fi networks, etc., tried at different times of the day, does not matter. Only letting a note sit open several minutes will fix it, but if Evernote is closed within a minute of last update, it will not save it. Android Galaxy S22 Version 10.57.0 (1211108)
Evernote Expert agsteele 3,078 Posted October 25, 2023 Evernote Expert Posted October 25, 2023 There is a new version released today, 10.57.1 Try that and see if it resolves things for you.
xuv224 3 Posted October 26, 2023 Author Posted October 26, 2023 Thanks, I have used that version 10.57.1 the last two days. It is still deleting much of notes and reverting back to the state of the note written hours earlier. It is so bad now that I have to screenshot my most active notes, and manually retype what it deleted over the last few hours. Does not matter where I am, tried many Wi-Fi networks and cell data.
